Incorrect or defective items
If your fashion jewelry order contains any incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us right away. We welcome the chance to correct and make things right.
Incorrectly shipped items can either be exchanged with the correct item or receive a full in-house credit.
Damaged items can either be replaced with a brand-new item or receive full in-house credit.
All returns must be made within 30 days from the invoice date. We highly recommend that you inspect each product carefully upon receipt.
